Feyona, Inc. ("Feyona," "we," "us," or "our") is a financial technology company that provides a platform for accessing banking services and managing digital assets. Feyona is not a bank.
Banking services are provided by Lead Bank, Member FDIC. Bridge is a financial technology company and is the Program Manager responsible for managing and operating the banking services on behalf of Lead Bank. Feyona is the platform provider responsible for the application, access, and management of/for the banking services.
Important: Feyona is not in custody of user funds. All digital assets are held in self-custodial wallets controlled exclusively by users. Feyona never has access to your private keys or funds. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your private keys and wallet credentials.

You may not use Feyona's services for any illegal activities, including but not limited to money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any activities that violate applicable laws and regulations.
Feyona may charge fees for certain services, including transaction fees, transfer fees, and card interchange fees. All applicable fees will be disclosed to you before you complete a transaction.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Feyona shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
